Privacy Policy
The Expo is dedicated to keeping your details private. The information we collect from you is kept secure and private. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your ticket purchases, contact you with reminders and to issue your tickets. We will use your information to send you information about the Expo events you have booked tickets for, and advise you about new Expo event details each year. We may also use your contact information to send you information from one of the Expo producers before the event.
Fine Spirit Expo may use cookies to allow the ticketing system to keep a total of your purchases from one page to the next and show them at the end, essentially maintaining a shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Fine Spirit Expo only last while your’e browsing our website are deleted typically after ten minutes.
Your credit card details are not retained by the Expo. They are sent to the payment provider and the Westpac Bank to process your purchase and are not collected by this website. When your credit card numbers are passed to the payment provider and the bank they are encrypted (highly scrambled) so they cannot be easily read.

Security Policy
When you make a purchase from the Fine Spiriet Expo website, your credit card details are taken by a secure server page using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. The 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion, trillion years to break.

Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy
Please read this carefully before purchasing from The Expo.

Ticket Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. You cannot get a refund on purchased tickets.
Tickets however are transferrable, so you can give the ticket to a friend or relative in the event you cannot attend or if there is a session at another time that is better suited you can transfer times if there are tickets available at the desired session. Please phone or email us to make a session exchange.

Ticket Changes
If you make an honest error in your purchase and receive a ticket that is not for the session you thought you were purchasing, we will change the session to the desired one if there are tickets available. Please contact us as straight after the incorrect purchase to make changes immediately.
Any difference in the value of the ticket will be charged or refunded to the credit card used in the original purchase.
No tickets will be accepted for a change after the start of the event.
You will need to identify yourself adequately for us to change the ticket, typically the confirmation number and name used to purchase the ticket will need to be provided.

General Conditions for Ticket Exchange
We reserve the right to refuse a request for ticket exchange if:
– The ticket is not in your name or purchased using a credit card approved by the owner
– The ticket exchange is too close to the start of the event. Check the ticket details as soon as you receive it.
– You have multiple ticket exchange requests or changes that reverse prior exchanges.
– We suspect any suspicious circumstances surrounding the exchange request.

Lost Tickets
In the event you lose your ticket, you can print it again from the file sent to you in your email.
If you lose the ticket and lose the file sent to you in the email, you can email or phone us to have the ticket emailed again.
If you go to the event without your prepurchased ticket you can identify yourself using photo ID and  credit card you used to book the ticket with, and we can look up your ticket purchase. If you purchased the tickets with another person’s credit card, they will need to come with you to identify themselves for a replacement ticket.
Events such as fraud, unauthorised use of a credit card or other illegal activity used to purchase a ticket may prevent your ticket from being accepted when you attend the event that was booked.

Information Collection
We collect your information when you enter your details to purchase a ticket.  You may receive announcements from us about the Fine Spirit Expos, special offers, and a newsletter.
We may share data with the following third parties – financial institutions, the credit card and ticketing system software and payment gateway company. If your tickets are to be delivered to you (at an additional cost) we will share your address with the courier or delivery services which need to be used.  These third parties will use the information to facilitate payment services and to enable us to perform our services.
We may offer links to other Web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.
If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we will update this privacy policy page.

Access to Information
The Fine Spirit Expo strives to maintain the accuracy of our information.  You may contact us about any inaccuracies you find. You may delete your information from our database by sending us an email requesting us to do so.

Problem Resolution
If a problem arises when purchasing a ticket, you may contact us by email or phone. We are committed to solving problems quickly and efficiently.

Data Storage and Security
The Expo protects your information with  security measures that include security protocols, secure servers, firewalls, SSL encryption and other technology and procedures used to protect consumer privacy.


We will take all care and make all effort to keep your information private, however, we will not be held legally responsible for any breach as the information may be divulged to other parties which has been obtained by methods which are beyond our reasonable control.
